Probably the handles were not designed to the purpose of this exercise, but they might be "handy".

Hmm, I think somebody needs to invent a ball with handles just for this exercise! Like you get grips with handles to save your wrists during push-ups.
Maybe they could add attachable handles to the reverse of a Bosu ball? Or maybe we could improvise and use the push-up handles on the Bosu ball?? I'm thinking out loud here...

Graciela, I managed 50 seconds before my wrists gave way, do you feel it on your wrists too? I'm going to include this in my circuits, and then test myself again after a few weeks. I'll hit the minute mark for sure =) It really does hit the abs and lower back more than the normal plank.
