I love the Downward Dog because I can feel a great stretch through the back of my legs and blood movement towards my head.
I love the Dancer's Pose, well, frankly; because I'm good at it!
My overall flexibility has multiplied since I started doing Yoga/Pilates three weeks ago. My legs and buttocks are more toned, and my stomach is flatter. My posture is wonderful, and working (at my physically taxing job) is alot easier!
I would recommend this to everyone!
