You need to believe that you can change and then go after it and you will be successful. It's all in the attitude you have towards yourself if you succeed or not. Be positive about yourself and go after what you want and need to do to lose weight and you will see success.
This helped me start to get through my Physical Therapy for weakness on my left side but its also motivating me to start an exercise program after my PT is done.
